Currently, we ship orders within India only.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Partner

At present, orders are dispatched using India Post or another suitable courier partner selected by SA Clothes.

5. Prepaid Orders Only

We currently accept online prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, it will be shared with you after your order has been dispatched.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions may affect delivery schedules. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SA Clothes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or contact information.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend taking photos immediately and contacting us as soon as possible at shreearjunclothstore@gmail.com so we can assist you.
